  • You have 30-days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30-days, unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items to ensure safe and timely returns.
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds:
